Courier
The Malaysia’s national courier POSLAJU is our default for shipping. The policy ensures safe delivery of all products except in cases where circumstances are beyond our control, like the addresses provided are incorrect, or problems with the courier company. 


Shipping Process and Limitiations

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Mon ~ Fri, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
  • Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please allow 7 ~ 14 days for delivery. The actual time delivery takes depend on your location.
  • Order cannot be delivered to P.O.Box Addresses.
  • For orders from outside Malaysia, customers are responsible for any in-country custom charges, import duties, rates and tariffs. You may have to bear all the above fees if they are imposed in your country as we do not have control over the above mentioned fees as custom policies vary form country to country.
  • Within Malaysia, if there is no one to accept the delivery, you may be required to pick up the parcel at a post office if the parcel is shipped through POSLAJU Malaysia.

Confirmation E-mails for Order and Shipping
When your order and payment is received by us, the product(s) will be shipped and you will receive an email notification. It will include the following information:
  • Products purchased
  • Payment information
  • Shipping method
  • Shipping information
Most order will be shipped via Poslaju. Heavy items may be shipped via normal post services, which may take 5 to 14 days delivery time.


RETURN POLICY

The return policy is to ensure our customers to have enjoyable online shopping experiences. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you should notify us within 7 days and return the products in its original condition including its Authenticity Card and packaging by post within 14 days. The Authenticity Card must not be scratched to reveal the ID and password. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
